LEAD TIME:
3-5 days for silkscreen printing and 7-10 days for embroidery. Rush services are available based on production capacity and decorating method. We will make every attempt to meet your need without additional charges. However, courier and expediting charges may apply..
DROP SHIPMENTS:
No charge for up to 3 locations. Each additional location will be charged at $0.50(v).
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ORDER MINIMUMS:
All imprinted orders require minimum quantities as listed in the catalog. Less than minimum orders will be accepted at an additional charge of $12.50 (v)..
OVER/UNDER RUNS:
We make every effort to ship the exact specified quantity, but we reserve the right to under or over ship up to 2% and bill accordingly.
CANCELLATIONS:
All orders are considered firm and cannot be cancelled without written factory authorization, which will be granted only prior to imprinting or production. All costs incurred will be notified and billed.
WARRANTY:
All products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for one year. Defective product may be returned for credit or replacement. For decorated items, if the return is made within 30 days of the original invoice date, the replacement product will be decorated. If the return is beyond 30 days, the replacement product will be blank. Please contact the factory to obtain a return authorization. Third party decorating voids all warranties..
RETURNS:
All merchandise requires a return authorization prior to return. First quality and blank returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Items returned without factory authorization will be subject to 25% re-stocking fee..
PAYMENT:
Net 30 days upon approval. Payment not received by the due date are subject to a 1.5% per month late payment charge.
